I’m Avery Dunn, and I run Beauty Tips Online alone. A quick honest note first: every World of Warcraft screenshot, armor model and zone name on this site belongs to Blizzard Entertainment. I use them the way a film critic uses stills — to talk about how things look, compare tints and point at drop sources. The words, the set compilations and the farming notes are mine.
If something here is yours
If you own the rights to anything I posted and you believe it goes beyond fair commentary, write to me and I’ll sort it out. To move fast, please include these five things:
- What’s yours. Name the work — or paste a short list if there are several.
- Where it sits on my site. The exact page address on beautytipsonline.com so I can find it without guessing.
- How to reach you. Full name, mailing address, phone and email.
- Your honest belief. A line saying you genuinely believe this use wasn’t allowed by you, your agent or the law.
- Your signature. Physical or electronic, plus a line that everything above is accurate and that you’re the owner or allowed to act for them — that part is under penalty of perjury, so no jokes.
Where to send it
Send everything to info@beautytipsonline.com with the subject “DMCA notice – beautytipsonline”. It lands in my personal inbox, I read those first, and while I check the claim I take the material down so nobody’s rights hang in the air.
What happens after you write
I verify the links, pull the material offline during the check, and reply to you directly. If you’re the one who sent me the work and you think I removed it by mistake, answer the same way: what was taken down, where it stood, why you believe it’s legitimate, your contacts and signature — and a note that you accept your local federal court if it comes to that. If the original complainant doesn’t go to court within a couple of weeks, I put the material back.
Repeat troublemakers
Simple rule: anyone who keeps sending me other people’s work as their own loses the privilege. I cut off repeat offenders without long discussions.
